Bill Mackey Fieldwork
Tonight MOCA inaugurates its MOCA’s Multiples & Monographs imprint with a special limited edition of Bill Mackey’s Field Guide to Tucson Convenience Stores from his Fieldwork series. Appropriating the classic practices of ethnographers and natural scientists, Mackey playfully analyzes our current patterns of consumption and leisure. An exceptional opportunity to own an original work of art at a very accessible price, Mackey’s Field Guide will appeal to anyone who has ever contemplated the finer points of the local architectural vernacular.
